2002 Maxum 2500 SCR

The Maxum 2500 SCR has sleek cruiser profile and also a surprisingly roomy interior  that invites passengers to step in and relax. The Maxum’s superbly engineered Max-Trac Hull and optional 5.7-liter MerCruiser engine, give her  the perfect balance of a fast day boat, and a weekend cruiser with all the comforts. In addition, the custom-molded dash has a smooth wood grain finish and brushed aluminum design accents. The wet-bar, cooler and glove-soft seating designed in an open conversation pit style, lets passengers view the action while cruising, and lets the captain be part of the action when not underway.  Jump under the Double Bimini, for shade, or fold them up for open Sky cruising.

This Immaculately kept SCR would be a nice family cruiser for the Hudson, and with only around 250 freshwater “upper” Hudson hours. With a Single Mercruiser 5.7L, 250hp V8, this boat is the water and ready to go.  Both recent, and routine maintenance has kept her in truly top form, including Risers and Manifolds in 2016. Fresh bottom paint, zincs, and impellers, she’s floating, and ready to go.

She comfortably Sleeps 4, With AC/Heat, and in the Bathroom is a vacu-flush system, sink, and hot water shower. Kitchen area has a sink, stove, microwave, and fridge.

This is a perfect example of a single owner boat, that was spared no expense, always had proactive maintenance, and from day one was given the TLC every boat should have,

Stepping up to a bigger boat, downsizing for simplicity, or a first time cruiser, either way, you can have it all with the 2500 SCR. 2002 Maxum 2500 SCR
